With the Bentley GT getting near it’s tenure as the company’s entry level coupe, many are wondering what the upcoming replacement could potentially look like. Swedish designer, Marten Wallgren has an answer and it’s name is the ARCA Concept.This concept plays on the idea of high owner customization. The interior and exterior are both highly customizable. Not in just the sense of materials and colors used but rather the layout and shape of the entire car is customizable. This concept was created to give the buyer a unique experience no other car manufacturer has ever offered and takes the craftsmanship of automotive design to a whole other level entirely and puts it in the hands of the owner.
The argument for the ARCA Concept is that each buyer has individual tastes and each car will be able to reflect that. The vehicle also features a Visual Sound located inside of the car and works off of how the hood is created by an extended windshield that covers the deep dashboard inside the vehicle. The car also features a unique graphical light source that fluctuates in accordance to the drivers throttle depression. Very much in the same fashion as the exhaust note on a conventional engine get louder as you push the car harder, but applied to reflect the efforts of a silent electric motor. Very cool, very Bentley very future forward.
